Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products (edible/sensitive bakery supplies), we do not accept returns unless:

• You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product.

How to Request a Return:

• Attach clear images of the issue and your order details.

We reserve the right to approve or deny return/refund requests based on evidence.
